This digs a little deeper into a big cannabis court case in Mexico last week. In that case, the justices ruled it would violate the constitution of Mexico to deprive someone of the right to personally grow, possess, and consume cannabis. Particularly, it infringes on the right of the free development of personality or right to be independent and unique. I like their angle.
