Humboldt county is trying to figure out what the bleep ‘good standing’ even means. According to the new California medial cannabis laws, those cannabis businesses which are in “good standing,” before January 1 2016, get priority status on their business applications with the state. The wording is not clear what that means for those who do not currently own locally permitted storefronts.
