Believe it or not, the federal government is backing Colorado in a friend-of-the-court brief requested by the US Supreme Court. This is related to the case where Nebraska and Oklahoma are tangled in a lawsuit with Colorado because of the state’s cannabis laws. My take is that voters in Nebraska and Oklahoma should sue their respective attorney generals for wasting their taxpayer’s money. Too bad they can’t.
